If you know me well, you know my favorite past time activities includes eating! haha...It's engaging, fun and comforting. Well lately, I've been doing my calculations and realized that I have been spending way too much $$ on buying lunch at the caf and stuff. So what I have done differently lately is making my own lunch. It used to be such a pain to do so, but now I'm learning how to make it easier. Instead of making lunch for each day, I decided to make it twice a week and it'll feed me throughout the week. I just make it and end up eating the same thing for 3 days and the last 2 days, I would have something else. It's convenient because I would just bring it all at once and leave it in my fridge at work. Lunch preparation has never been so much more pleasant and it taste a lot better because you know exactly what is going into your food.
I absolutely love Trader Joe's for making my whole lunch ordeal a lot easier on the pockets, time and there's no sacrifice on taste either. Some of my favorite products from them include salmon cakes, crabcakes, instant brown rice, spinach salad, cilantro dressing, ground beef made out of tofu, eggplant hummus (healthier than the chickpeas) and their sugar-free sesame crackers!
Yum-o! Had to share since I believe in their products :D
