I've been thinking about my first perfect rest day for the longest time. It's important to have a day to yourself to rejuvenate yourself. Until then, I have it all planned out already :). I would like to wake up and go for a nice long run at the beach. Then have a nice, light breakfast and read a book. Take a nap and have sushi for lunch. Walk around town in the afternoon and just browse. After all the browsing, go to a yoga class to stretch and relax my mind. Call it an early evening and I'm set for awhile. Hopefully this day will happen soon...
