Between the Folds

For the last two months, Rachele and I partnered up to offer an after school enrichment class in Origami, the traditional Japanese folk art of paper folding. Origami is derived from the two words, Ori and Kami, which means "folding" and "paper" respectively. It has been such a delight working with the students and learning new techniques of what can be formed out of a piece of paper! Below are some of our projects thus far!
