Coming from a family of five, it is instinctive of me to cook for more than any two stomachs can possibly handle. Greg often teases me with such expressions as, "You know how people sometimes ask what are we going to have dinner for today? It's more like what are we going to eat this week?" Funny guy.
I'm guilty as charged. It comes to the point where we were eating it for dinner, taking a break with a different breakfast, having it for lunch, and repeating the same entree for dinner. Imagine this cycle times four more days in the week. I'm learning...I'm learning. It's starting to cycle down to twice a week instead of stretching it out for the five working days. Maybe, I was just trying to be resourceful?
In making sure I would not repeat the recipes anytime soon because that would equate to two weeks in one whole month, I thought it would be fun to document the recipes. Below are some of the creations for the month of July!
Side Note: Noticed how I used the Fresh Herb Salad twice. You know, two containers of salad for two humans in a week. Clearly, I am not in denial of needing a lesson in measurement.
